These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the platform Crush Anônimo,accessible atcrushanonimo.com.br, owned by company 60.850.049 VINICIUS LEONEL PEREIRA SILVA, registered under CNPJ number 60.850.049/0001-65.

2. Service Functionality

The user hires the service to send an anonymous form to a recipient (crush), containing names of people known to the recipient, including the recipient themselves. The goal is for the recipient to select which names they believe could lead to a relationship. The sender’s identity is preserved, even if they are selected, and it is up to the recipient to decide how to proceed.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide correct and truthful data when using the platform.
• Do not use the service for abusive, offensive, harassing, or rights-violating purposes.
• Do not submit sensitive, offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content.

4. Data Privacy

Personal data provided will only be used for the execution of the contracted service. Information related to the form (CrushForm) is automatically deleted after service delivery, as detailed in the Privacy Policy
We do not share or commercialize data with third parties.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

The user may request cancellation before the form is sent to the recipient. After sending, refunds are not possible, as the service is immediate and personalized.

6. Service Limitations

The Crush Anônimo platform guarantees the delivery of the notification to the recipient (crush), provided that the data provided by the user is correct and there are no external failures beyond our control (such as email or message delivery problems).

However, we cannot guarantee that the recipient will respond to the form,as this decision depends solely on their will. By using the service, the user acknowledges and accepts this limitation.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the platform, including brand, layout, text, and code, are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without express permission.

8. Modifications

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The updated version will always be available on the site. We recommend periodic review.
